Number tweaks and little balance shuffles maaay have taken some of their direct input into play, but I doubt much else did. Acting like any one CPM member could have gave it the ol fight and turned around a longstanding trend of wtf is just wtf in and of its wtfing self.

Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.

It seemed to me that Judge bought into the general public's view of the CPM, and when he got in and found out what the job really was, he bailed. The CPM did not have any real Power, but they did have access to the Devs, so if they were capable of making a convincing argument, they would at least have Influence. Judge had the persuasive skills to make a difference, if he had stuck it out. He had already convinced the Dev's of stuff before he got onto the CPM.
