Please Bring Back Wobbling HUD. The previous build had it, why remove it. At least put it as an option. |

Totally agree with this. It serves no purpose and is 100% aesthetic, but I loved it. Made me feel like I was looking through my helmet with an electronic HUD overlay in it's visor |

It should definitely be an OPTION to use or not. |

Yup I liked it. Would like it as an option at least. I would also like some other animations added to it as well since the helmet is closed and you can't see inside so it's either see through metal or it's a screen you are looking through. I would like it to have some minor glitches when your shot, just a line that goes through it or something nothing to over the top and impairing just something to show the electronics got jarred a little. |

I don't it's difficult to bring it back again, plus as NikNak said wobbling HID add immersion because it feels like a part of your helmet.
Also I think we should be able to set how much our own HUD wobbles: Crysis 2 had this option and I found it extremely useful. |

I didn't experience this, and I'm kinda glad. It seems like one of those things that would make me nauseous to look at for any length of time. I'm all for it as an option, but please don't force it. |

I hate the idea of it glitching out while you are shot. If it's an option sure go ahead and add it. I don't care if it's in the game as long as I can choose not to use it. It doesn't make sense for your helmet to glitch out by being shot in your toe, so I really hope they don't force this. If it glitches it should only be when your suit has taken so much damage or if you've been shot in the head.
*Interesting fact: As I said before, I'm in the military and the people I've spoken to who have been shot say they didn't even realize it or that everything got way, way clearer. Like their vision turned HD. Not all bloody like CoD or Killzone. |

Sure pal. I want to be an option because I know not everyone likes this kind of things for the HUD.
Asher & Nick
I agree with Ahsher glitching HUD with every shot is too much but it could be nice to have the HUD glitching or become intermittent, when the HP is at critical level: at 1-5% HP the HUD glitches a bit but when shields & armor, regenerate, then HUD goes back to normal as some sort of full reboot. I have seen glitching HUD & interference done very well in War For Cybertron and also in Cryis 2.
It could be a nice touch. |

Thats the adrenaline and your body preparing the flight or fight response.
I've often noticed my self that when you cut your self deeply with a knife for instance you won't notice or feel it at all for a while, I have never been shot but I'd think it's the same response. Or like my brother who is a carpenter and had an accident with a sand grinder (industrial one that weighs a ton) and had the fat on his palm whisked away in a second; he was just "oops, odd my palm is missing a piece but it doesn't hurt at all" but I can assure you he almost fainted the next day when he woke up.
Can't confirm the HD part as I have a case of feeling nausea shortly after the pain registers and I see the blood flowing, I even get the chills and speckled vision which usually indicate a shock but I guess that's just from seeing my own blood and wound not the pain it self. |

Honestly, they should take a good look at the HUD in the iron man movies. A few clever tweaks to the HUD could really add a lot to the immersion. |

You can see how Wobbling HUD looked like here
It would also be nice to have more version of the HUD: I would pay to have a very cool HUD ;) |

I'm all behind this feature being available - anything which can increase immersion is great by me (I was there, it was real ). I agree with other posters that it makes sense for it to be optional, though - I like the "camera shake" feature in EVE, but have to turn that off after a while due to its nausea-promoting effects.
And if HUD faults can give more feedback about receiving fire and dropsuit condition, especially if it can do so without making things harder and simply accelerating your demise, I figure that increases immersion and improves the interface at the same time. Double win! Can I be the only one who thinks that the tiny "tings" of bullet strikes don't really convey the urgency that SOMEONE IS TRYING TO KILL ME!!!!
EDIT - just remembered an example of a game that got the "under fire" feedback pretty much spot on - America's Army. The sound of bullets zipping past was really unnerving. |

Its like the pull down on iPhone, you know you've reached the top or bottom of the page but you just pull it down further to watch it bounce back. There is no logical reason why it should be that way, besides it looks cool.
So what I'm saying is, I totally agree, the UI was way cooler last build. |

I hate to pull the trailer into this, but the presentation there was much better than what I've seen so far. The UI seems way too static and lifeless. I'd like to see elements that haven't changed go away to get rid of clutter and only return when something changes. I'd like to see some movement, though technically it shouldn't since your helmet should be fully secured to your HEAD. |
