Tbh this petty strike will do nothing for the state of dust
People have been migrating to different games and next gen systems for some time now and that movement hasn't changed the state of dust.
Yeah these people will "say" they are gonna strike but I bet you anything they still log in for their daily aurum and consecutive log in bonuses so no gain there.
Ccp does well with what they have and this was their first attempt at console development and imho 3yrs is a strong fu king start.

I don't know where you are getting the idea that this is the only course of action we're taking.
It has been repeated many times that we will be organising more strikes, each with more momentum than the last. Strikes during events are expected to gain exceptional attention.

Look how many people say they would start spending money again if CCP were more straightforward, confirmed a port, or at least stopped monetising the game and instead worked more on lag, bugs, glitches and content.

That boycott has been going on for a long time for a lot of people. I for one have not spent cash in a minimum of 4 months after being into 4 digits on money spent before that.
To be clear I have no problem with monetizing but I do have a problem with shrinking the developer team and then committing the majority of the remaining resources to only cash grabs and things that can play a dual role of performance and cash grabbing.
