This strike must have impact. As such, it is vital to get an initial list of players who commit to striking on this date in order to build momentum. Confirm that you will be striking by posting below with an 'X', and I will add your name to the list. In order to maximise the effect of this strike, tell everyone you come across in-game. Tell your corpmates, your squadmates, everyone. Once the number of players striking is in the hundreds or is not quantifiable, such as when word of mouth has sufficiently spread, this thread will be redundant as the strike will be common knowledge.

CCP has pushed us to this drastic action. Note that this is not a strike to the Devs. We want to get the attention of the higher-ups, who make the decisions about the future of this game.

I encourage everyone not to argue with naysayers in this thread. This thread is a mere list, nothing more. Argue in this thread.

Consider that another mail will be sent out to RUST514 today. RUST514 have over 3000 members. I think that's a little over 0.1% of the player base, don't you? Ultimately tho a strike has the potential to push many players away permanently cause declines in revenues forcing CCP to make a move if they want to remain profitable. Will a single day strike cause this mysterious domino effect? Nope. Will CCP worry about the same thing happening a couple more times with growing intensity as the player base naturally shrinks on top of that? Alright here another questions. If hitting ccp in the wallet is the plan why not plan this around an event or a holiday break? Doesn't it make more sense to do it doing those times?
