Okay, I don't normally double-post, but I had to make an exception here.

My phone went off while I was at work two days ago and it was a comment on one of my YouTube videos. It in fact turned out to be a comment on this video that's linked in my Signature.



That got me. I still remember how much fun I had doing those first few orbitals after they deployed the feature back in the Closed Beta.

Believe it or not, there weren't any other Corporations who were looking to do a "Corp Battle" at that time, so Seraphim Initiative and one of their training Corps just set one up against each other and were calling in Light Attack Vehicles on two hills opposite from each other and destroying them with Anti-Vehicle weapons to farm points so we could actually drop the strikes.

Nowadays with the current state of Molden Heath and Planetary Conquest in Dust, combined with the addition of NPC orbital strikes to Faction Warfare, I haven't dropped a strike into Dust in almost a year.

One of the best parts of the early days of Dust 514's release was the knowledge that we now shared our Internet Spaceship world with players on the ground who could help us build new and larger empires than we could before.

Bring that back, CCP!

Got my internet working in the new home. Just waiting to start playing the DUST 514 port in my new man cave.

One of those funny things about owning electronic devices these days is that when your internet connection isn't working, you suddenly feel a lot more limited in what you can do with them.

Actually, he'll try and deny it, but that was me.

Arkena warped right past it and had to have me tell him where to go back and find it.

From what I see, CCP is going to continue to stay silent. CCP Frame locked a thread and went on about update 1.3. Either that was an attempt to keep attention on the current Dust or he's oblivious to what we're really asking for.

They want to avoid this Game of Thrones thing Archduke called the Rouge Wedding. But I think they're playing a dangerous gamble. They're risking customer relations in exchange for preventing further damage to Dust and what they have planned for it.

When they do finally announce something wether at fanfest of later, it better be worth the angering silence players had to go through. If not, then the Rouge Wedding will look like a paper cut compared to what comes next.
