You're assertion was that they were not loyalists. That kind of ignorance only served to present to me that you are not aware of what the role or the concept really entails. In response refuted that argument. If it please you I can list a dozen of the loyalists you are so quick to dismiss.
It also occurs to be by your outburst that you are not truly aware of the how FW functions or why it is commonly called by its players the 'Pendulum War".
Additionally having read your more recent posts it would suggest to me that you are also unaware of the general history as well as ebb and flow of FW in Dust over the last few years.
I'm not interested in the rights and wrongs, nor the winner of this asinine argument. I'm merely correcting for the sake of what is and what isn't so that we remember that both sides in your FW setting both merit respect for efforts they have contributed in the name of their faction, have in fact been Q-Syncing/making use of organised channels and squads, and that in order to commit long term to FW one has to understand that the support players recieve outside of the traditional loyalist circles is what determines the success of a militia.

Caldari is currently stomping Gallente very hard. Even for new players, getting to rank 10 in Caldari will be much easier than it would be for someone in Gallente. Allowing 16 man platoons into FW so that people can pull randoms from the Squad Finder won't give you an advantage. It will just give you a bunch of stupid green dots instead of stupid blue dots. Changing the color of the dot does not raise their intelligence. They will still have the solo player mindset. They will still want to be independent, and if they don't agree with your order they won't talk to you about it reasonably, they'll tell you you're stupid and just flat out ignore you. And you'll still be fighting against the exact same Caldari stompers who are currently winning with their 'q-syncs'. Right here ^^^. Special level 10 loyalty rank APEX suits will only make it easier for stompers to stomp, and 16 man platoons don't give randoms an advantage over organized players, it just gives them green dots instead of blue and makes getting a full stomp team organized easier for the people who already q-sync. These reasons are invalid sorry.. The benefits heavily outweigh your negatives that are extremely contrived and suspect.. Pretty sure u just want to continue playing for every faction... Pretty sure you average stomper won't take 6 month out of their life to grind for an advanced suit.. And we weren't talking about fixing pubstomping we were talking about fw.. Now **** off

Looking back on the whole 16 Q-Sync argument I'm in some ways still on the fence. It could theoretically help organised groups out a great deal considering they are already doing this anyway, at the same time it literally could make FW a player wherein the individual player has not place,,,,,
That's certainly not what I want, a peaceful (as peaceful and immortal clone warfare gets) it what the ideal medium would be. A system that allows a degree of flexibility for players who don't want to be tied down the a faction while presenting the options with appropriate tone and maturity while also actively benefiting those who do wish to work solely for a faction.
That being said I don't agree with Lvl 10 exclusive dropsuit skins and what not. That's not how FW should work, FW should only be measured in what you are willing to contribute to the faction and by what that faction offers you in return in LP. Nor am I a fan of having an Empire government just throw out 50,000,000 ISK packages at FW players
.....with that out of the way I can just wait for Smokey to tell me I'm a faction hopping pseudo pub star with no sense of loyalty. When this happens this thread will be complete for me.

You don't really. Depending on the times you play you could be in matches within seconds, other times you have to wait all of 2-3 minutes.
I see a great deal of your corp members in FW going about their business. You should join them and fight for your faction.

I think you genuinely don't understand the function of these kinds of players. They aren't there to be individually skilled players though some certainly are they function as organisers or even symbols of the faction. More than anything they are content providers though some like Kirk take it that step further and produce lore savvy youtube clips.
In FW individual skill has lack real and quantifiable merit when compared to the efforts of a fire team as more often than not a group of communicating players will always have a wide range of options for achieving the task at hand. Same can be said for individual performance in FW. It is no use scoring 18/2 or 15/0 in an HAV as I saw others doing over the weekend in our 6 man fire team's sole loss if it means you are compromising your ability to hold and objective or press one.
Moreover consider that in terms of what I run....... I've run the same things for 2.5 years. All Amarr suits and weapons all the time. I'm not about to skill out of them or sully 12 years of PIE Inc traditions because some asshats are calling it FoTM.

I think fighting for one faction reducing your standing for the opposing faction is definitely a thing that should be brought back. There is no loyalty any more.
