ScR isn't very popular compared to other rifles. Same goes for number of ScR users per battle. It's never more than few for both teams.

OP probably tried to do CQC with a call assault so it gave him the illusion that there are more ScR than there really is

Oh trust me, I do know how fast this thing kills at range, out of all the weapons I use this is the most used,second is the laser rifle. I don't mind a nerf, heck just go with it already but what I'm afraid of is that the weapon becomes completely useless. I mean just look at the scrambler pistol. It's only saving grace is the breach variant These god damned duct tape warriors got rust all over my armor!
