This is a personal setting that adjusts how GÇ£TwitchyGÇ¥ your aim is. Set the sucker to 100 across the board. GET USED TO IT. The reason for this is simple, it makes you more reactive. When you get pissed about people being able to turn around on a dime, itGÇÖs because sensitivity is maxed. It requires better aim however, as minor adjustments can have large effects. But the increased ability to snap back and forth between targets, and the ability to quickly track running targets in ADS is godsend. So, getting used to a higher sensitivity is done in two ways. 1.)Slowly increase the current setting by 5 every day or so. 2.)Max it and play till youGÇÖre used to it. I prefer the latter. YouGÇÖll learn to love how snappy the controls are.
This is the most cowardly and nooby playstyle of any fps. I refuse to ever alter my sensitivity because if I take three guys on from different directions and win, it's much more of an accomplishment than having high sensitivity. High sensitivity is for tryhards who get ridiculously enraged if they die even once.
I do believe sensitivity options were added to fps games to compensate for bigger/smaller tv screens, not so that people can insta-turn. Ever tried insta-turning your entire body? Doesn't work.
Yes, please ignore all of the tips presented and focus on the one thing that you don't like.
I showed how controlling angles and using map awareness can help you take on three guys in different directions and win.
It's an in game feature that is free to adjust. If anyone wants to, they can set it to max, or set it to zero. If there are advantages to running it at max, why shouldn't you?
Because it makes you angry that people can jump and turn around really quick, if you botch your sneak attack?
100 Sensitivity won't save you as a sentinel if you're being shotgunned. It will save you if being shot in the back while moving from point to point.
And yes, IRL, you can't just turn around that fast and start shooting. But this is a video game.
I never said anything about the other tips, mainly because there's nought wrong with them. This one, however, is teaching bluebs bad game behaviour.
Yes, it is an in-game feature you can adjust, but clearly you're going to be stubborn and refuse to acknowledge what I've already said on the matter of "Why it's in video games"
As for me getting angry about botched sneak attacks? Never happens, because I never sneak. Scout w/knives or shotgun bores the living hell out of me.
If you think higher sensitivity won't save your sent from a SG, then you're a pretty terrible sentinel fitter. With default sensitivity, I survive them frequently.
Next you'll be teaching people how to camp and how to Murder Taxi....
^ flat out ridiculous. Must be a troll.
Not even remotely.
And Thor, no, not calling you a Glitcher. But if you want to play EZ mode you carry right on. I, however, will continue playing the game with more skill than anyone with higher sensitivity will EVER have.
I like how you insult someone providing useful tips for player using a personal opinion as your bases lol. I'll make sure to kill you over and over with officer knives til you rage quit if I see you. Good post, glad to have something to point my logi friends too as it's instinctive to me and can be long and tedious to explain. |

I use different settings of sencetivety with different weapons.
If I use a CQC weapon i set to 100. With mid-long range i set it to 50-60. When I snipe I have it very low at 15-25
This way the movement speed of my crosshairs are easy to control pompared to the weapon I use and the range the red dots are at, not to fast, not to slow.
This works very well for me. |

Are these tips for mouse and keyboard? Because 100 sensitivity on a controller is just overkill. I play at 0 sensitivity and I feel it too fast. |

KB/M cannot receive aim assist though.

I came here from BF3 with 100 sensitivity.
I feel like the game is sluggish even at 100, and unplayable at 0.

In order for me to get any form of a kill, I need to keep my overall at about 40. Thanks to having a controller that randomly acts up, speeding up the rate it moves is suicidal at best. And believe me, I can do my share for a team, though you guys'll be busy using the turrets I took.
