I wanted to see names based off of respective racial languages, but I've since given up on it, too much fighting. Maybe compromise could be reached as those who wanted 'normal' military rank titles now have loyalty ranks, but those who wanted more racially themed stuff could have something like the old lists that some of us worked on.
Republic Draugr & Vaettr should be a thing, As should Federation Erinyes / Hecatonchire.

Yeah...but those are ship names not titles, I'd find it silly to find someone named Draugr as an official title instead of a nickname.

There's is that issue with t the races that you could argue legitimately that half a dozen languages adequately represent the people.
E.g- Amarr = Latin, certain arabic languages (apparently examples of similar script is used), castillian-spanish, judeo-spanish, etc.

I'll change change a few of the gallente ranks but I still wish to keep the, Villore and Luminarie also keep in mind the eve lore as well I want as much of it as possible so I'll usually refer to to this for names minus the ranks

Now as far as Gallente go, they are heavily influenced by Greek culture, with ship names like Helios, Nemesis, and Kronos. So look into ancient Greek rank structure. Here is a link that has some Greek ranks listed on it for some inspiration.

Here's the problem with those ranks... There's 19 of them also I completely understand where your coming from with the suggested names but keep in mind those are space fairing vessels akin to navy ships so of course they're gonna have mystical names to sound more appealing. Its a completely different naming system when giving actual rank names as you should know all to well.
Also looking back at the eve ranks they're more defensive in how there named.

I know, but Gallente are closest in terms of modern America, so it would ake sense for them to have some modern ranks. Not al, but some. The Amarr are more likely to be flowery with their ranks.

Within the organisation of PIE our actual ranks are pretty tame and follow a really standard ranking system.
Within PCLAS we use things like Tiro, Miles, Classiarii, Templares, Palatinus, Legate etc.
But for the in game ranks I don't think we need to.
The issue I have with Amarrian names is past a certain point they sound far to garish.
Things like (and this is no particular order and old as suggestions for inspirations)
1- Knight-Errant
2- Vigilant
3- Revered Champion
4- Templar Commander
5- Arch Chaplain
6- ____________
7- High Deacon
8- Divine Captain

10- Ecclessiarch

That's the problem. There's a very nasty / irreconcilable division between people who want **** based on RL, and people who want things based on the actual races, cultures and naming conventions within them.
I see both sides, but I disagree with the modern military ranks because they have 'responsibility' that our characters don't have. We're essentially elite irregulars that fall outside the conventional military structure.
I don't want to get into these arguments again though, so I'd be pretty content to have the whole idea die in a fire, no one will get what they 'want' without the other side being pretty pissed about it.
