He can say scouts are only for hacking all he wants, but there are 4 scouts, and only one with a hacking bonus. Not to mention CCP has repeatedly stated scouts are also assassins. Unfortunately CCP doesn't listen to nonsense and anecdotal info. There is a reason they use data from a much larger sample size to make decisions. Former CEO of the Land of the BIind. Recon is an Art Min Scout best Chef in New Eden, Gal Scout best Tour-Guide Scout haven't been OP since 1.8

If scouts were that OP, they still would be the most prevalent suit worn, but they aren't, not by a long shot. Just because they kill you doesn't mean they are OP.
