DUST Search - Proof that scouts are OP

The cool thing about Dust is that you have many options. BUT CCP themselves intended the roles to be a certain way. The following i have listed previously is what CCP had planned. NOT MY OWN OPINION

But you certainly wouldnt mind if it worked the way it was intended. But, the freedom of customization and choice is what makes
it so fun. What if it worked EXCATLY how it was intended.

Would the game be interesting if everything went according to plan? It might be more balanced, but would it be interesting?
