I have heard you on biomassed spreading your opinion on what you think should be done but that is YOUR opinion. What about the rest of us? CPM is supposed to be representing the community, not just themselves and their own agenda. Where is your participation in the features and discussions forum? Show me what threads where you have listened to player ideas and given feedback... I for one feel underrepresented and I am not alone.

As a hint: If I am trolling the thread, I have read the thread. I read a LOT of threads. (Hence, I also troll a lot.)
It depends what you consider constructive. I am not a numbers-nitpick person. I have a lot of respect for the people who are, but those threads make my eyes gloss over. I consider answering questions about CCP, the CPM, and future development of DUST and Legion to be constructive. Of course, you've classified that as "defending CCP and yourself" rather than being informative. As, in fact, I am answering your question, but you will surely view this post as just another attempt to "defend myself", rather than doing my best to address your concerns.

Hans stopped posting with the express intention of getting CCP to step up to the plate and actually communicate about WTF was going on. Now we have a situation that is a bit the opposite with CCP being pretty communicative and CPM being much more difficult to get a handle on if you only use the forums (again get on Skype, email, etc and poke a CPM and you'll get a response). Now, I would like to see some updates from CCP about the CPM as well in terms of the summit, elections, etc. Seeing as CCP Falcon mentioned that CCP Logibro is more Eve Online focused at this point not sure who at CCP would provide that update if not him.

I completely disagree with the CPM making a most patch report on where they contributed as a couple things do happen.
1 Said member gets FULL blame over all design decisions no matter how much blue intervention posts declaring otherwise
2 Was done before and led to so much negatives and losses verses than positives and thus will never be done or exercised ever again most likely.
3 CPM are not game designers
4 CCP should be the ones ultimately getting the credit as it is their work overall along with the community that helped shape the idea.
As for our reports Ill poke the guy that wanted to do them and see if he can do a new one after his holiday

I get that and that is understandable. After all, it's not like you guys are getting paid.

EVE side, the only real thing players get to evaluate CSM performance is the summit minutes. Since they say who said what during the meetings, you see each person's perspective on every conversation that isn't NDA's into oblivion. Unfortunately, we haven't had a summit yet.

To blame the community would be in bad taste the topics issued where very controversial there was no way to middle ground majority of those subjects without a 20% or more **** off rate but the negatives of having this out has done more to alienate the community from the cpm and the amount of feeding the cpm information since then seemed to have dropped down a large bit.
CPM is still quite active still managed a meeting during the second business holiday season and information we're seeing ccp push out.
I would love to do the reports but I am up to my eyes in work because Iron Wolf is Iron Wolf.

The thing is I have not made any promises apart from 1 and I have kept it. I am simply pointing out that if we are going to rail road judge for breaking his promises, then the other CPM members needs to be hauled over the coals as well.
