I -err Rattati already said that he doesn't intend to Nerf the ScR because it is a niche weapon that doesn't get enough use to be considered a problem.
This entire thread is completely useless.

Although I did get a laugh out of people trying to defend the CR. Its funny. I don't even think the CR is OP or UP, and wouldn't make a single change to it.
But when I compare it to the ScR and how the CR has more DPS in practice, people get so defensive, because they think the ScR is OP. It shatters the illusion they've created for themselves.

get yourself a cheap turbo controller and you can check yourself that you wont get more than 5 bursts out of it in a second. you get exactly 5 bursts with the 6th bursts starting in the last split second.

No. I use practically the same fit that he just describe and I have no issues while dealing with other ScR users, besides the ones using higher tiered gear than me(but that just makes sense).
Just a little bit of strafing and 80% of them overheat before they can kill me, and I'm using an Amassault.

He just needs to get gud. If I can do it without bitching, so can he.

Oh, and it isn't getting changed. Rattati has already stated that all the metrics point toward the ScR being balanced.

and for your information, I got it as present from my gf and I only use it for testing. it is bad in general play because the sticks are not as good as on the sony controller.

and as already mentioned, the turbo controller can milk out 5 bursts per second. I can outdps that in a ScR without turbo controller with my fingers. that is the whole point (that Fizzer is making things up as usual). if you dont believe it then search for it in youtube, you will eventually find a turbo controller CR video showing it.

PS: I will happily challenge your CR, I will use a mlt fit with PLC, hide around a corner and one shot you
