I really dont like it when i see scouts with a scrambler rifle just spamming it all over the place and kill you within a Second and not overheating

For some odd reason since I switched from running mostly Cal Scouts to running mostly Gal Assaults, I don't fear ScRs as much. |

No. I use practically the same fit that he just describe and I have no issues while dealing with other ScR users, besides the ones using higher tiered gear than me(but that just makes sense).
Just a little bit of strafing and 80% of them overheat before they can kill me, and I'm using an Amassault.
He just needs to get gud. If I can do it without bitching, so can he.

If I have 0 armor suits, the scrambler is literally an I-win button against me.
It has more DPS vs. armor than a CR, but thats cool too...

No. It doesn't.
Max CR Armor DPS: 644
Max ScR Armor DPS: 520
Keep in mind that Max DPS is also much easier to achieve on a CR than it is on an ScR, which widens the gap in real use.

I have tested out your test and I can attest to the fact that your test don't testify ...Jus kidding... what do you expect? are we supposed to overheat before killing something with 800 or less hp? how would we even look at a sentinel ?

ScR is a 1v1 rifle.
Stacking armor won't help that much.
Before overheat, you'll be left with 300-400hp.
Then face boundless breach smg prof 5.

Well, overheat lasts 6 seconds, minimum. So its not like they're just gonna pull out an SMG and immediately finish you when they overheat.

I love how you always assume the ScR ALWAYS is a Viziam with 3 damage mods, prof 5 , and a modded controller.
You do realize that in the real world, most ScRs don't do any more than maybe 475-525 DPS, right?
They're not actually doing 1000 DPS...
I mean, I could literally make THE SAME argument with the CR, which can achieve over 1000 armor DPS with 3 damage mods, prof 5, and a modded controller.
But I don't, because I'm not ********.

I've had similar feelings then realize they were Amar Assault with bonus and I was being shot by more than one clone. Fear squad of Scrambler Rifle but no single clone; clone. |

I see the ScR defense force acted pretty quickly...
