Proto breach ScP has extremely high DPS, and if thats working as intended can my AR and Ion Pistol also have 475 DPS at ADV level ?
Also I have yet to notice what the scout nerf did.

What about caldari ADS ROF? Why that nerf? A 70% to a skill that costs x8? Now that skill is useless, I can understand reduce thatRof from 10% to 5%, but only 3% per level? Really? Are CCP kidding me? Or do you think I'm stupid!? Maybe some people make a lot of complains about ADS, but use a python is the base of my pj, and when the ADS is down I can't summon another because they are ezpensive, so the only way is fight in ground. But with this hotfix you are make the assault dropships useless. Please, remove the turrets from gunners, that could be better. Or make the skill only works for the pilot, not for gunners, but not make an very expensive skill useless, I have made a big inversion in sp's, ISK and in a lot of fly hours to be a good pilot, and now that efforts are nothing.

Q) Is the Advanced Burst HMG still better than a Standard HMG? A) I am not sure yet. Requires more testing.
The Advanced HMG can fire 5 Bursts without overheating, but overheats the instant the 6th Burst starts. Interestingly, if you overheat in the first engagement, you will run out of ammo in your clip just before overheating the second time, casing you to go into a reload rather than seizing up with overheat, so you can switch to a sidearm.
Proto overheats half way through the 6th burst which is one burst less than in Charlie.

(After Match 2): I have not yet managed to kill 2 people in a row without taking a break to let my Burst HMG cool down. When engaging multiple targets I kill one and then seize up from Overheat before I can kill a second.
(After Match 3): The method for chaining kills is to kill 1 guys with the Burst HMG, then switch to your sidearm and kill 1 guy, then switch back to the Burst HMG to kill the 3rd guy.
At this point I can tell that the Burst HMG is not OP, and it is not Broken. I am now trying to decide if it is UP, or just right.
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.

They are the only ones I know of or have seen myself so far. You know on the whole this hot fix has been amazing man, dont let the little bit of criticism about the ADS take away from the mostly great job you and your guys are doing :)

Railgun ROF is 92; or 1.53 shots per second; 8 shots and overheats in 5.2 seconds; 668 DPS Incubus 5 ROF is 105.8; or 1.808 shots per second; 9 shots and overheats in 4.98 seconds; 781.9 DPS
That actually doesn't look that bad, but something is wrong with how its actually playing: were only getting 7 shots.
Fiddling with some numbers I think that the small railguns are firing correctly, but the Incubus skill is applying incorrectly. It appears that the Incubus skill is applying inversely: the fire interval is 0.65 (60++0.65=92.3, the correct ROF as per patch notes) and with a 15% increase to ROF it should be firing at 0.5525 which is 0.65+ù0.85=0.5525 but is actually firing at 0.7475 which is the result of 0.65+ù1.15=0.7475 which would actually be a decrease in ROF.
With 0.5525 (ROF 108.5) we'd have 1.808 shots per second; 9 shots in 4.98 seconds; 781.9 DPS, which would be decent What we currently have is 0.7475 (ROF 80.3) or 1.34 shots per second; 7 shots in 5.2 seconds; 607.8 DPS.
TL;DR: Incubus ROF is bugged and applying at a 1.15 ratio instead of a 0.85, meaning the Incubus's railgun is firing slower than the regular railgun

Is that what's hapoening? Or did you misinterpret what I posted above? By the numbers the ROF bonus from Gallente ADS is applying to make the railgun fire slower (hence why the regular railgun actually fires more shots in the same time currently.)
Just want to clarify if that's the case or if there's something in the code that you've noticed that we don't see.

I've been testing out the Flaylock.(specifically the GN-13)
Seems the lag / shooting errors (/ whatever you call it) has gotten worse - Its far more common to fire it and get sound but no projectile or hit registration. Particularly when you switch weapons and fire. Can't confirm if it is just my issue or others experiencing it.
Additional: Although not in the Delta notes I am slightly disappointed that the proto Ion and Nks are not coloured as such.
I will continue testing

If any of the dust devs are reading this I would like to point out that I was excited to read that the range on the supply depot was being increased as it would fix the issue of not being able to resupply my tank at all of the sockets in this game. I'm sorry to say this was not the case and I'm disappointed that this long standing issue has still not been noticed by yourselves in playtesting as it leads to some maps being asymmetrical in terms of being able to rearm ground vehicles. If you devs are still blind to which socket cant rearm tanks it is the one with the supply depot on the first floor. Here's hoping that you fix this very soon and not leave it to the next hotfix. Many thanks and a bluetag would be appreciated Ratatti or similarly capable dev.

I think that the calculation is wrong

As DPS calculating formula of this timepÇÇ252.47 * ( 1 / 0.40 ) = 631.175
So I think that it is necessary to revise Boltpistol ====== Tthere is some suggestion
1. Downward revision of the quantity of damage Damage " 252.47" to "155.2" So "155.2" * ( 1 / 0.40 ) = "388"
2 .Downward revision of fire delay fire delay "0.40" to "0.65" So "252.47" * ( 1 / 0.65 ) = 388.41
3. revise both little by little ex) fire delay to "0.50" & Damage to"194" So "194" * ( 1 / 0.50 ) = 388

So I think that damage or firedelay or both need a revision
Please confirm this
