How about we do a experiment and take away the mouse and keyboard for like a month or two just to see how good some these people really are. Now I know the argument CCP is a PC company but I'd like CCP to make this a official console for just once before this game does switch to PC, and is there a way to stop these special controllers, I just like a even battle, real world wise, just a thought how many of console members are mouse and keyboard players probably all of them like the CCP players, so I might not my experiment but god willing if ya'll do I'm pretty sure some people might comeback and new people might stay.

An even battle does not excist, once you get rid of KBM, youl want to get rid of teams, then when you get rid of teams, proto equipment has to go, everyones EHP needs to be the same and everyone eventually will be using 1 and the same gun, vehicles are removed and then vantage points are removed, eventually SP is gone so that when its just you 1 vs 1 in a boxed room get your ass handed to you because he is sitting at a desk with a 1ms gaming monitor and you are hanging in a couch 4m away from your TV screen that has too much input lag....

Its always gonna be something to whine about...

Just get better at FPS games or find another game genre to play, noone is keeping you from spending 100$ on a kbm setup when the rest of us had to buy a 250$ console to play 1 game, we just happened to have our KBM setup already.

True. I'm old PC player (from counter strike 1.5 --> CS:source) and I can't shoot or even move with controller. Best thing in consolegames is that everybody has a same hardware and framerates.

Controller is for Dropship and m/kb is for infantry

If they cant contain cheaters on Dust Legion, it will cause the game to be ruined, imagine losing proto-suit after proto-suit in isk against a bunch of cheaters.

I am not sure why they didnt opt for a PS4 option, maybe because of Destiny..i dunno

PS: Even in the end of War Z, all 5 of my friends where using Wallhacks & Aimbots, they said it was needed to play the game, i quit that day and 5 days later they all got banned, bought a new account and /repeat.

Thats 5 friends that were so b*tthurt from the cheaters that they were converted to one...ill never understand.

Best thing in my mind is the peace of mind you get that the other guy is not playing with a wallhack/aimbit combo, i can live with they having aim assist and i am sorry that most people on consoles are using an inefficient control method, but lately on PC it just aint much fun.

Its just too obvious sometimes on PC fps games, beat a guy like he doesnt excist, next day you come across the same guy and can't land a bullet on him before he headshots you while you get the drop on him from behind.

Or they pm you to ask what aimbot i r using, they want to get the same one....at some point 70% of the playerbase in War Z was using aimbots & wallhacks...guy clips through the wall, headshots me and my 5 friends before we can react...

Stuff like that aint happening on consoles, its sad but playing FPS games on the pc, its sad but bad people tend to run cheats instead of trying to get better.


The reason we KBM guys are here is because Dust 514 got promoted to allow for native KBM players to play, if they had not promoted that, we would not be here, besides, native control got canned when Uprising Hit, we are all playing with a virtual DS3 overlay in front of our KBM, so we get ****** twice....no aim assist, no native KBM support....all KBM players are playing with crutches, balls nailed to the floor and hands chopped off. Bad kbm players on dust are still just as bad.

I was an Admin in one popular CS server and it was so sad to see how people wanted to ruin the game so badly by using cheats. I hope Legion won't turn that... because I must buy new PC for that game...
