They then tried to balance the game, without ever testing their balance changes.... about 5 times, they didn't learn from that at any point, then they announced Legion and lost their update discounts. Now they are stuck doing hotfixes because it costs too much to apply for an update.

Short sighted with a hint of laziness. Major downfalls were incoming.

This is so completely wrong on a level I cannot describe other than make believe.
