This hotfixes have made so many fits completely absurd now. Everyone i've played with so far today have agreed that a respec is needed for all players. One guy i met who uses gallente suits had all his working fits become pretty much useless that the starter gear is better.
CCP please fix this. |

Not going to happen, stop asking for it.
If you trained your character right, suit changes affect you for a few weeks at best. If you trained your character wrong, that's your fault. |

Actually there is no respec needed. You don't see Amarr Scouts asking for it, just Gal heavies and Cal scouts

A respec will not happen because CCP is still selling Aurum.
Personally, if I was given a respec I would skill back into the same things.
I have a little over 15 million SP and I have skilled into one suit and three weapons all to proto with cores maxed.
I have already gone through one of my weapons and my suit getting nerfed.
But I like what I run and wouldn't change.
If I get bored and as I gain more SP I am sure I will branch out (if the game persists) but I studied up, focused early on, and I'm happy with it.
Dominion over others is given not taken. Nothing has power over you but your own fear.

They only did it for fotm and that's what killed respecs.. Such a shame with every respec I went back into my assaults but to many people chased fotm and ruined it for everyone.

If they gave us a respec now everyone who has a caldari scouts will obviously move to a amarr scout. If this whole game was balanced however and there was no such thing as an fotm, CCP would have given more respecs than just one.

My skills are pretty low, i'm not going to get miracle by a respec personally. For everyone else yes. |

Self Sufficient with little downtime, drawback is in a 1v1 you will die first with lower ehp unless the armor tanker is a bad shot. Basically you are amazing at killing infantry back to back until an armor tank bear with a daisy chain logi shows up. Then you kill the logi and die to the bear.

FOTM players are the downfall of any game, worse in this game which some suits and setup are SUPPOSED to be far more powerful than the standard. The problem is the gap no matter the skill or controler or mouse use is bigger than any game well ever. |

It's building off of Eves appeal. In Eve a capital ship can wreck hundreds if not thousands of players. The difference being that Eve is an open world or Galaxy as it were game with many things to do other than just fight that capital ship. In this game you have to fight that capital ship lol, since its nothing more than a lobby shooter with some rpg elements. |

The only people who will speck into FOTM are the one's who were just in the same to begin with .
It's going to be no different but why let the same players ruin it for those who's intent is to enjoy themselves more from a repetitive feeling that's lackluster to say the least .
Boring , plain , bland and dull .
But I guess if the happiness of those who are already content weighs more than those who are not , then I guess all is good business .
Can't make everybody happy , even if the numbers are like 60 / 40 ( more like 45 / 55 ) which could turn into 80 /20 but I guess it would still be 60 / 40 or more like 35 / 65 , because those who are trying to block it would be unhappy because they would have lost their edge .
This going threw changes , creating this endless circle .. creates a trend that would be broken with a refund .
The only reason anyone would negate one would be to keep whatever " supposed " edge that they feel that they have over most , everybody knows that they only one's who would have FOTM are the one's with a surplus in SP's , so they will try it out first ( The hierarchy ) .. come to the forums and talk about it amongst themselves because they will be the only one's with access threw their surplus , it's the same cycle of injustice as they cry , " Grind and live with your choices " .. while there was just another adjustment in the never ending search for " balance " .. but this instead keeps those who are on the top , at the top .

Just like CCP using this method to sell boosters .
I'm sure that they would make a hell of a lot more money after a refund .
They like it boring , plain, bland and dull ... this helps them to balance the game better .

I guess they just don't need money like they appear to .
You would think that CCP would have given the infantry refund that should have been in 1.8.

So? Eve Online players suffer the same thing every expansion and they never, during their 11-year history, asked for a respec.

Passive/Active Boosters are basically the respecs.
But if there was to be a respec, it should only be for people under 20 mil SP so they can get their fittings strait.
Everyone else with 50 million+ sp already had many chances.
