I am not saying that the Amarr Scout as a SUIT is bad, it isn't; the slot layout is amazing leading to many diverse fits.
What I am saying is that comparatively to the other scout suits, the Amarr Scout is complete and utter terribad garbage TRASH.
Caldari - Can see all which is useful for allowing a SCOUT to pick and choose his/her battles Gallente - Can't be seen which is useful for allowing a SCOUT to pick and choose his/her battles Minmatar - Hack speed bonus, in short, the ENTIRE OBJECTIVE OF THE DAMNED GAME, HACKING THINGS Amarr - Stamina pool and recovery, good for still running slower than everyone else and not being able to go further than the other scouts. We have graphs proving this.
Even with profile dampeners, Cal Scouts can see me. Even with precision enhancers, other scouts sneak up on me, Even when I need to hack or move quickly, Min scouts hack quicker, and all the scouts move faster.
Yeah I'm mad and I challenge someone to give me a GOOD and SOLID positive of the Amarr scout that it has over any of the other scouts BESIDES brick tanking to have high eHP.

That would be OP; ScP was devastatingly powerful in 1.7; I honestly preferred my Carthum to my Viziam ScR inside 30m. On my Amarr Assault. With an extra 2 shots in the magazine? No, that's excessive.

Thats assuming you use armour plates....which you really never should, how else do you fit the two Dampeners, Armour Repper, and Kin Kats you need?

Sidearms are supposed to be devastating in CQC, while having less range than their Light/Heavy Weapon counterparts. Not to mention the fact that the Scrambler Rifle should never be preferable in CQC (bar the Assault Scrambler Rifle).
That seemed working as intended to me. The only way to "LOLWTFBBQPWN" someone was with headshots, and they did next to crap in Long Range Combat compared to Light Weapons.

The thing is that I'm a bad shot. I would get only body shots. (Mostly.)
The ScP performs in exactly the same manner to the ScR, only with short range and high damage, and now lower RoF
While I agree that the ScR shouldn't really be a CQC weapon (and it isn't anymore, thanks to the nerf; can't deal with armour buffer) the ScP shouldn't have been a better weapon for the same situation.
I think increasing headshot damage would be better than increasing RoF; reward skill over spam. (Which seems to be the defining characteristic of the pistols at this point)

I'd be happy with a bonus that reduces heat build up for the ScR. Or an increase in mag capacity for ScP.
My Amarr weapons are the best. But only with the OHR bonus.

A-scout should have a dmg resistance of 1% per level totally 5%. I think that is very fair and is in line with the Amarr's way of tech.

Can someone explain how the ability to be invisible for less PG and CPU, being able to run whilst invisible to near the other end of the map with a few seconds to get stamina back not a good bonus? put a complex kin cat and cardiac reg. you run for 75 seconds and get all that back in about 6 seconds. that bonus is fine. it just needs an ewar bonus. |

Only thing that would be cooler is if the bonus gave a little more than currently, but not enough to make it OP to running 600 with faster stamina regen than a minmatar. |

Even with Gimped ROF, they still heavily outclass most pistols (Flaylock, Ion, Bolt)

With a reduction to armor speed penalty it would have its niche. It would not be the ewar specialist that the caldari or gallente scouts are, but it would certainly still have a place in the game. It would essentially be a light assault suit with a cloak, but that is kind of the amarr way, they are meant to be EHP kings. |

The skill could be buffed, it's not bad for some scout play styles.
Amarr need to get new equipment ASAP so we (scouts) can take the uplink bonus that's rightfully ours.
