I am not saying that the Amarr Scout as a SUIT is bad, it isn't; the slot layout is amazing leading to many diverse fits.
What I am saying is that comparatively to the other scout suits, the Amarr Scout is complete and utter terribad garbage TRASH.
Caldari - Can see all which is useful for allowing a SCOUT to pick and choose his/her battles Gallente - Can't be seen which is useful for allowing a SCOUT to pick and choose his/her battles Minmatar - Hack speed bonus, in short, the ENTIRE OBJECTIVE OF THE DAMNED GAME, HACKING THINGS Amarr - Stamina pool and recovery, good for still running slower than everyone else and not being able to go further than the other scouts. We have graphs proving this.
Even with profile dampeners, Cal Scouts can see me. Even with precision enhancers, other scouts sneak up on me, Even when I need to hack or move quickly, Min scouts hack quicker, and all the scouts move faster.
Yeah I'm mad and I challenge someone to give me a GOOD and SOLID positive of the Amarr scout that it has over any of the other scouts BESIDES brick tanking to have high eHP.

I'd be happy with a bonus that reduces heat build up for the ScR. Or an increase in mag capacity for ScP. My Amarr weapons are the best. But only with the OHR bonus.
Personally, I feel the overheat bonus should go to all Amarr suits as a standard.

Only thing that would be cooler is if the bonus gave a little more than currently, but not enough to make it OP to running 600 with faster stamina regen than a minmatar.

you can show me all the charts and graphs you want, but you're under selling the stamina bonus. max kin cats and feroscale plates work like a charm for me.
IDK it's whatever you can make out of it. out of all the scouts it is the best for straight combat. think of it as a slightly weaker assault with two equipment slots.
Ok, well tell CCP to rename it to the Amarr Light Assault, oh wait, it's called the Amarr SCOUT.

Since it is apparent the Amarr scout is really an assault suit in disguise, my proposed bonus is a weapon ROF bonus. You're arguments are a joke. There is no disputing that the Cal and Gal are a superior choice but the Amarr is the superior choice to the Min. So, again, like the other 100 post you've made, your opinion is wrong, it's not based on facts, it's based on you wanting the best scout. The idea that an Amarr can't be stealth is a pure joke, you have 3 low at adv and 4 lows at Proto. It's perfectly acceptable and reasonable to use 2 dampeners if you want to play the stones the game. You want to argue which class is suppose to be CQC Knifing and then had less ability to play dampening game than Amarr? You want to argue about the restrictions of the Min class vs the non restrictions of the Amarr?! Youre chasing OP bonus for your class, instead of being reasonable and demanding a complex version of the current one. You change your proposal every week it seems, i dont mind a rof but Amare weapons dont need it except for maybe on scrambler to go back to OP ness
Hop on over to Aero's thread about anything Amarr Scout can do, Gal Scout can do better and learn something brotato chip. Also, people agree with me so I must be on to something eh?

Yes, as a standalone suit, the Amarr Scout is very nice, but compared to the other scout suits, it is complete trash.
