IMO , its a good fit, but Min are designed for INFILTRATION: Hacking speed, Melee damage and Speed tanking. IMO , its a good fit, but Min are designed for INFILTRATION: Hacking speed, Melee damage and Speed tanking. (they even have MORE Stamina, and stamina regen than other scouts and Melee got buffed to 120, etc...) how is it not an infiltration unit? SG, speed, knifes, re's, oh and dampening plus precision Looking at your Modules: Well For precision the CAldari would be best. For DAmp the Gallente could be best For shield tanking The Caldari is best For speed the Min is best. You use Ishi Knives so in this you have the correct suit. But the Minmatar is a COMBAT scout,not an ewar one. A Gallente will always have more range. A Caladari will always have better shield functions and precisions.So think. What cant they have? Well. I would run in a minny: 2 Comp Sidearm DAmage Mods (Ishikune knives + SMG = but thisis just me) 1 Comp shield Ext 2 Com Kin Cats 1 Comp Codebreaker or 1 Comp Profile dampener (With one is more than enough, considering the natural extra 25% profile damp while cloaked) This way, you exel in speed + Hacking or have decent infiltration chances with a low db while cloaked.. While having LESS HP than others but a VERY High Knife damage output and an overall stronger sidearm of your choosing. THIS IS JUST me, but in my opinion each suit has different specialties and focusing in 1 ior 2 is better than trying to do it ALL at once. Your fit is good, but its trying to do everything at the same time, the problem is,even if you are a balanced scout: Some minnies will hack faster, Hit harder and move faster than you. A Gallente scout will always have more radar range and sometimes even precision than you, not to mention always better dampening. A CAldari will always reign supreme with radar functions And the Amarr will always look the coolest. Again,this is an opinion, not a law written in stone....
