thats basically a minmatar scout run like it was a galente scout... it plays to none of the mini scouts strengths going so far as to negate one of them (why use knives when you have a shotgun....)
you cant scan as well as galente or caldari.... so your out scanned, out damped, and outranged.... and your not even making use of the knives or the hacking bonus....
its a terribad fit.... and it would look better on every scout that isnt minmatar. |

a diff a 7.5 meters in scan radius
min and gal have the same precision
the bonuses are already stitched into the suit so why would you NOT build up whats not there?
you CAN actually scan better then a gal scout if you use scanning mods
the scanning mods are here for everyone to use (there not just for one suit or one role
all scouts have great base ewar stats that can be complimented by scan mods

with this set up you can swap the SG to boundless CR or six kin ACR and core to allotek flux

a gal scout with 2 presision mods and a minni scout with 3 precision end up seeing all the same targets, the third prsicion mod doenst actually help due to the fact that nobody ever has a DB that sits between those two values. it requires alot of math to figure that out though.
so you end up with the same scanning abilities as a gallente scout but with less radius.
also the cloak isnt enough... any red worth their weight in salt will instagib you while your cloaked... you may be able to pull it off in pubs but in PC or comp its just not viable. if your going passive scans its to the benifit of your squad not yourself, and passive scanning suits are mostly non-combat and self defence only as there isnt any way they can stack up against anything with that fit.
my fits tried and true in PC, and has been carefully crafted to excfel at a single role.
ninja hacking assasin.
hack bases, kill uplinks, and assasinate key targets.
someone else should be scanning for you.

my old PC suit was a minmatar logi with 3 complex hack mods..... hacking wins games.
so im going to go with the minm atar scout with as many hacking modules you can cram in without being a giant glowing red dot is probably the most effective hacking suit i can make :P |

Greetings DozersMoutse XIII, I have a question. Why the second Complex Dampener? The first one gets you under most Active Scanners and semi-serious Mediums running Precision Enhancers. Are you running into Prototype Active Scanners to warrant a second or max stacked Logis?
BTW I understand exactly why you wanted two Complex Precision Enhancers. Having other damped larger frames cloaked and possibly not show up on TacNet is just wrong.

It means you've given up speed for stealth and health. You still can't scan anything you wouldn't be able to without precisions. Better to use extender(s). No?
I just wanted to make a point how viable the min adv suit really is, or the lack there of. 190 eHP, and you have no speed, so having two CQC weapons and no closing speed is a dangerous combination. Your almost better off using k5 in order to equip the extenders. A nice 285 eHP isn't going to hurt you.
