If you wanted E-war, you should have gone Cal or Gal.
IMO , its a good fit, but Min are designed for INFILTRATION: Hacking speed, Melee damage and Speed tanking.
(they even have MORE Stamina, and stamina regen than other scouts and Melee got buffed to 120, etc...)
how is it not an infiltration unit?

Yup, a min scout is for hacking not scanning, if you want to run a bunch of precision enhancers go cal scout 
lol if you want to pick up a cal scout you would run precision
p.s. I run gal with precision
saying the minmatar scout is only for hacking makes you an ass

the scanning mods are here for everyone to use (there not just for one suit or one role
all scouts have great base ewar stats that can be complimented by scan mods

so you end up with the same scanning abilities as a gallente scout but with less radius.
also the cloak isnt enough... any red worth their weight in salt will instagib you while your cloaked... you may be able to pull it off in pubs but in PC or comp its just not viable. if your going passive scans its to the benifit of your squad not yourself, and passive scanning suits are mostly non-combat and self defence only as there isnt any way they can stack up against anything with that fit.
my fits tried and true in PC, and has been carefully crafted to excfel at a single role.
ninja hacking assasin.
hack bases, kill uplinks, and assasinate key targets.
someone else should be scanning for you.
scans are useless is PC also who would use cloak in PC again useless
-PC means do everything you would never do to your suit normally and roll with it
do you think my 249 ehp scout is worthy of PC?
or is my 989 ehp scout with rep hives more suitable?

The first one gets you under most Active Scanners and semi-serious Mediums running Precision Enhancers. Are you running into Prototype Active Scanners to warrant a second or max stacked Logis? BTW I understand exactly why you wanted two Complex Precision Enhancers. Having other damped larger frames cloaked and possibly not show up on TacNet is just wrong.
