scans are useless is PC also who would use cloak in PC again useless

-PC means do everything you would never do to your suit normally and roll with it

do you think my 249 ehp scout is worthy of PC?

or is my 989 ehp scout with rep hives more suitable?

Ghosts Chance Inf4m0us 1780	Posted - 2014.04.05 02:46:00 - [3] - Quote thats basically a minmatar scout run like it was a galente scout... it plays to none of the mini scouts strengths going so far as to negate one of them (why use knives when you have a shotgun....) you cant scan as well as galente or caldari.... so your out scanned, out damped, and outranged.... and your not even making use of the knives or the hacking bonus.... its a terribad fit.... and it would look better on every scout that isnt minmatar.
