I really appreciate all the advice everyone. I'm going to adjust a few things and see how I fair. I'll try a BrAR, Kincat, and full damage mod build in a bit and see if it works for me.

I now understand why players choose to run ARRs on Gallente suits. They perform so much better than the ARs. It's as if the ARR combines the range of the TAR and the damage of the Breach AR and gives it a slight kick with some negligible charge-up...
