Are they gonna get banned because there is more than one account?

We don't have licensees for Dust, but EVE accounts do. If you can read this, it means you are reading. Unless you are skimming

Because eve players pay real money for their accounts, means they have invested real money and time for whatever their account/toon has. We theoreticly only have to invest time.
