Are you sure it didn't mean one account per downloed? Damn. I'm going to have to actually read the EULA now.
I think this makes it plain. Section 2
EULA wrote: YOUR ACCOUNT
You may establish only one (1) Account for each copy of the Software licensed. However, an Account will be permitted to have multiple characters stored within the Account. If you wish to establish another Account, you must obtain another license for the Software by downloading such license from CCP.

Only fools make their alts on one PSN. Then you have to re-license Dust for each account. No idea how the hell you'd do that though.

Eko Sol wrote:So what creates the license? Is it on download or on install and sync? Sigh, did a lawyer right this or did someone translate something from 1997? I thnk a lawyer is about the only type of person who could write a EULA, understand it, and make it both specific enough to cover CCP's ass and vague enough that it leaves them some wiggleroom.

Here you go: EULA wrote: Upon establishing a valid Account, and subject to your continued compliance with the EULA, CCP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the System, and to access and use the Game Content, User Content and EVE User Content (each as defined below), in order to play DUST 514. You may download and exchange Game Content, User Content and EVE User Content exclusively via a valid Account, solely to play the Game, for purposes permitted by, and in a manner consistent with, the EULA. Additionally and to the extent permitted by the System, you may make a single copy for your own purposes in playing the Game.
It said one account per license, not one account per system. And you get a licence by creating an account if I'm reading it right. Isn't that kind of circular?

I know the law, I know my rights, and I know that I don't have to read a bunch of crap some douchebag lawyer wrote up for a video game contract. Well, it seems like at some point you didn't know the law too well or you wouldn't have been locked up now would you? Either that or you knew the law and still broke it then got caught. Now, I wonder which one of us is the more intelligent......

When you create an account you get a license that allows one account to play the game. Makes perfect sense. The circular part is you get a licence by making an account and you can only have one account per licence. I didn't say it didn't make sense, just that it was circular.
