Theoretically you still have the option to create multiple PSN accounts to deposit 15 million a piece. However, I see that as more of a hassle than anything; especially noting the limiting chances of return which you discussed.

I wouldn't bother even if interest slowed down, since your intention is to limit each player to 15m and would enforce said limit if you could, so it would essentially be cheating. With the prizes I plan to run in the next lotto I intend to bump that figure down to at least 10 million ISK placing an even greater emphasis to complete bigger and bolder challenges. The next lotto will only begin when player trading opens allowing me to transfer of the things I have locked into assets. As for the time being I am open to some degree of 'cheating' when I takes a large amount of persistence and creativity to pull off. Either way I am not taking the management fee this round as it is being transferred to Castor Crave in return for rendering the code for the winner of the lotto.
