Hello mercs Jadek here. I have made a significant change to the following challenge.
[Challenge 3] Betray your Corporation for great prizes!
This challenge carried over from the previous lottery and was severely undercut in payout structure as larger challenge came on board. For this reason I have made the following balance pass to rewards.

-For 20 reward tickets, you must conduct an 'unauthorized' transfer of 50 Million ISK into the Dust Challenge Lottery.
*The first person to claim this challenge receives 130 tickets per every additional 50 Million ISK.
*Subsequent claims on this contract receive 105 tickets per every additional 50 Million ISK.
The change means thieving players receive 2490 tickets rather than 115 tickets per every 1 billion stollen for this challenge.
You can additionally place this in the context of another challenge, ***KalOfTheRathi, you have awakened a benevolent djinni***. Here, For every 2 million that you transfer to KalOfTheRathi, from which he transfers to DJINN B4lock with photo proof, I will award you 3 'tickets' in my lottery for this act of clever generosity.
Comparitatively, that challenge will award 1500 tickets per every 1 billion transfered into the Dust Challenge Lottery ISK pot. The trade off is you do not need to jeoprodize the trust or image of your coporation to secure tickets, but must instead place your trust in a one player who may have more to gain by keeping your tickets.

Thoughts and Considerations:
I have been with Dust 514 now since September 2012 and I have seen a sizable share of community development both in terms of the game itself and activity on the forums. I had a recollection of an idea put forward by Eternal RMG back in early July of 2013 of his Dust 514 Community Weekly Challenges. I wanted to reinvigorate this idea with the addition of a unique lottery that draws in the potential of a greater prize pool for challenge applicants and ticket holders.
This comes from a position of wanting to test CCP's system, game mechanics, and cultivate the meta game of Dust 514 as a whole. It is relatively straight forward to give recognition to players who complete various tasks; however, incentivizing these activities with rewards can be challenging if you don't have strong corporate backing or large amounts of your own personal funds to fuel the ongoing venture. This issue of generating funds to pay players for attempting and completing tasks is one that I grappled with and one which Eternal RMG appears to have had when operating his challenge board. The problem with running challenges based on payment per challenge is it limits that number of challenges you can post. For creative thinkers that want to design many different types of challenges, this becomes quite stifling. For this reason I introduced a new payment model of providing assets in the form of lottery tickets.
Earning these tickets through completing community challenges is win win scenario for the Dust 514 brand and player base as a whole. The idea is simply to encourage community content creation with blogs, pictures, video, etc. These materials act as a secondary voice for promoting the idea and culture of Dust 514 that doesn't come from a corporate mouthpiece yet by the players themselves. If this is an initiative you can support, I am very thankful to you.

While it is a nice looking suit, it's more a niche (only wear in the MCC) item because of the fitting requirements to both wear the suit and use applied modules as is. I see this decreasing the value a little.
