In response to how Draxus Prime is 'managing' his lottery I have decided to start my own. Transparency is paramount in this event.
My lottery is organized as follows:
-Starting Pot = 2.2 Million [Photo]
1st Prize = 65% of Pot
Runner Up = 30% - -
Management Fee = 5% - -
Lotto Draw date = Release of 1.8
-Purchase = 200,000isk per ticket
Deal = Per 1,000,000 isk = 6 tickets
Unlimited Ticket Buy-In
-Names chosen by random picker [Website and Drawing Protocol Here]

-Barred Alts (Characters tied to this account and ancillary accounts)

Closing Considerations:
I understand and sympathize with thoughts that this is a scam. However, I want to qualify that I want to operate this lotto at least until player trading become possible. At this time, I will begin transitioning this lotto into lot sale auction house for my grenades and other various stockpiles.

Nice find. The possibility always exists for underhanded dealings. I will not deny it. Personalty, I want to start unloading some of my stockpile of Vapor locus grenades and nanohives by eventually turning this into an auction house.
