You know there is nothing stopping these event organizers from just taking the ISK for themselves, especially since the op of this thread is an alt account, i would just be careful where i post with dev tags might send some confusing messages to newer mercs how might end up losing their ISK. things like lotteries are very easily rigged and scammed.

No what if there was a legitimate way to scam people? For the second and likely 3rd round of the lottery I don't plan to allow people to directly purchase tickets for ISK. Instead, tickets can only be gained by completing challenges. This however means that many tickets can be won with this particular challenge. Technically, it's the only way to use ISK to get tickets.

There is also a 5% management fee deposited to me at the end of the lottery (not this one. It goes to Castor Crave for providing the Templar BPO Set). Think about how 5% translates into corporate theft.
