Here are some pictures I took from November 6, 2013 describing what Demens is talking about. I informed members of the CPM about it almost immediately after under the circumstance that it was anonymous (ironic, I know) and that it be reported to CCP to be fixed. I had figured it was a one time occurrence for the triple SP event so that our guys would reduce the grind time associated with the event but I found out later on that it was repeated several other times. This was the only time I participated and it was to gather pictures.

zim... He admits he was in it. Both in the statement, but he also included the picture of his sp and isk gain, which would be a dead giveaway... How could he get the pictures if he wasn't in the match? Also, consider that he might have, in order to get focus, not included half of the screen, as he was only getting a picture of the war points. Are you going to ask for pics of every name...? he even said in the part you quoted he was in it... so what are you mad about?

Kudos to AE for reporting it and those that kept their cool in this post. I still can't believe its broken, and been broken this long when I'm complaining about my rep and guardian bonuses being removed during an intense short battle. It seems kinda ridiculous in comparison that one method was capped and another was not. Though I guess I should be thankfull for the ultimate weekly SP cap - otherwise where would we have ended?

Regardless the situation needs to be addressed. But how? I'm not the idea man for this one - skill, suit changes, and logi stuff I'm your guy. But for something like this I'll let other minds that have worked on this come up with the details. All I can do is just lend my voice to the issue.

The problem being all this will do is actually create more profit because the corps will just collude and agree to atack each others districts so that 1 clones arrives.

Then we're back at camping timers.

Also, just checked, skittles was incorrect that you get genolution in any form sans the return of the clone pack.

I'd like to see this new concern answered. Why replace locking districts with more locked districts, at essentially no cost?

You have no response for how a fix is going prevent corps from sending clones to lock each others districts?

The suggestion of removing clone packs from PC is the worst idea of all. As the largest landowner in PC i'm sure it seem like a non self-serving idea to prevent new corps from entering PC, but the community is wise to see past that flagrant advantage to AE and ally's.

Presumptions that I have districts and thus justify allegations of partisanship in this matter through insinuations of engaging in district locking mentioned in the OP is a rather lame maneuver of preventing discussion.

I'm sure continuing to engage in such malfeasance is easier than answering quarries over how best to proceed in rectification.

I think you completely missed the point of not only what I said, but also another post I had made prior. As you stated earlier, you checked on the biomass payment for your corp from such an endeavor (or, at least, the connotations were there that that is what you checked), and so I said, if that is what you are doing, then hop in the match and AFK, yourself, and see the gains. The amount given was from an AFK PC that was performed by a now non-land holding corporation (not ANONYMOUS) that was using their district solely for farming isk... I know several who were involved (and based on your above post, you probably do too) who had earned the amount I mentioned. The request to join such a PC was that the player kept 2 million isk and gave the remaining to the corporation/CEO that held the land. The figure is accurate... and if you had read my post and what I said, you would see nothing more then me suggesting that if you're already locking districts then to gather the proof for yourself. Since you're hiding behind an alt, you can say whatever you want or to impose any angle that you see fit.

Now, to the other part of selective reading, you left out that I, on page 3 (on a cell phone so this is based on memory) you will note I provided 3 points. The first point is that, roughly, they "punish the corporations that do this providing a cost that is more than they are earning". There are several routes that could be taken by this implications... increasing the cost of clone packs to some economically equal cost (lets say 60 million), remove isk pay outs from PC if the enemy is a no-show (for both sides), and to fix the bug that would return the isk of the clone pack upon launching a no-show PC. This is one of several routes that could be taken, however, I am not a member of CCP development and do not have the same statistical data that they have and therefore this is from an outsider who has no other way of coming up with ideas then as an armchair quarterback. What I am asking for, is for them to acknowledge that they are truly looking into a fix for this and that they have some ideas for a way to fix it.

Also, your step to say that we would greatly benefit from the clone packs is true, but so would locking our districts... but we don't. I proposed that thought ALONG with the thought that they could greatly increase the cost of clone packs in order to put a preventive measure in place until the time that they release their actual patch for this.

If you want anything else discussed, please either post on your main or prove in some way that you actually have skin in the game. I have the courtesy of posting and discussing this on my main, please provide this courtesy to the others who are wanting this openly discussed and fixed.

You even said yourself how it was during a 3x sp cap week and everyone was mostly doing it to fill that ridiculous grind. Isn't that enough without having to make everyone but YOU look bad. Then you even post a picture naming names (with Egypt's name smack dab front and center) and then state that you aren't trying to throw anyone under the bus? Well, maybe you weren't at the time of that Skype message but you certainly are throwing people under the bus now.

So excuse my ignorance but that's just what it looks like to me.
