Do you guys think infantry will destroy the supply depots just to troll tank drivers in 1.7? Kind of like how they do that to us these days? I think it would be some sort of karma if we did.

Yes. At the beginning of every match, someone will pull out an Assault Forge Gun and blow them all up. Then the HAV pilots will complain that they can't get any ammo, and I'll be complaining that I can't get my AV.

I destroy anything that the enemy has, both Supply Depots and Mobile CRUs.
I personally think that if a tank gets recalled, they should have the same amount of ammunition from the last time.
Otherwise we'd have tankers who recall their tanks, call it back in 15-20 seconds later, spam, rinse, and repeat.
Without this, the whole Supply Depot "mechanic" with HAVs is going to be nonexistent.

If it's a pain to destroy and takes a tank too long, people should just leave them alone and play strategically around them.

I am aware of the recall problem and have complained about it a ton. However, I believe health recalls currently are a much bigger issue than ammo recalls will ever be. Even if FGs get nerfed, redeploying still takes time and has some risks. Also, my comment was that players should be encouraged to capture the depots instead of destroy them. I'd even make them invulnerable if I could.

I just realized this, but couldn't tankers just recall their vehicles to counter the cool down effects after using a module? So instead of waiting a minute, they can just recall a vehicle and have it on full reps again? Not sure if it would be efficient or not cuz I haven't looked at the new cool down timers yet, but the thought just occurred to me is all.

show us that we can trust you to actually defend the thing, otherwise as soon as it turns red we will fire on it to prevent the av threat from getting to us quicker.

Bolas is the Achilles heel of all vehicles in 1.7.
I predict sniper tanks and orbitals denying vehicles to one side once the supply depots are inevitably exploded.

That's what I had in mind. Tanks GÇö allied or not GÇö constantly **** me off by destroying Supply Depots. I can get by with my Nanohives, but sometimes I like to switch fits.
I don't care about switching fits any more. After 1.7 I'll blow up ever Supply Depot with extreme prejudice just to **** off Tanks. Karma. It's a *****. |

think they should rework the logi lavs to shuttle ammo and also make that repper something that has to be restocked at the supply depot as well and jack it up and make it vehicles based so logi lavs would have in effect a vehicle repper tool..but with limited use and restocking again requiring supply depot |

To destroy or not destroy is the final action, not the question. The question placed on every Supply Depot is will it be more useful to our side or the enemy? I don't go blindly try to destroy every red SD since doing so can draw sniper fire. Yet if my side has no interest in securing them then they have got to go. Being able to change fits is too dangerous.
