Bad news for all vehicles, we will all have to return to the supply depot. Every single forge gunner /av user will know exactly where we will all HAVE TO BE at some point in the match. Imagine if every single infantry player had to sit in front of tank at least once every match in order to re-arm.
You infantry guys may say "what about domination." In domination no player is forced to hack the objective out in the open, one by one, in front of thales sniper, in order to get more ammo.
It takes just 1 forge gunner, or one rail tank to take out all of the supply depots on a map, congratulations pilot, your vehicle is now useless. You'll recall and call in a replacement tank or dropship every time you run out ammo, which same forge gunner can observe and blow up at leisure.
Tank Drivers expect landmines, swarms, forges and redline rail tanks to zero in on every route to every supply depot. Dropships you only have to worry about 2500 k forge rounds as you a forced to land.
I will still fly, but being forced to be at fixed point with such a large target, underfire every single player in the game knows about really grates my nerves.

I wonder if we'll be seeing deployable installations sometime soon, so you could just drop your own supply depot. It's not that hard to recall your vehicle and call in another in the meantime.

And the fact that Skirm games take way too long and risk way too much in a vehicle to remotely pay break even over a few games.
Terrible SP and ISK no matter how well you do. Make one mistake, lose a million isk
Make no mistakes but a turret falls on your head or RDV decloaks inside you, or MCC missile intersects with your path and its GG
Plus they removed 2 slots off assault ds. Yeah, this so far is looking as ill-thought out as I'd expect it to be.

I wish, but I can't tell you how many times I'vve blown up vehicles being called in. Or how many times i've screamed at bluedots to GTFO...BOOM rail round in the face. Ultra long cooldown cycle for hardeners means even during recall my ship will be weaker than ever.
Mind you, i am also going to exploit this.

I don't want infinite ammo at all.
I also don't want to be forced to show up at one obvious target in order to resupply.
Forge guns are not nerfed by the way.
When all infantry can carry nano hives (infact people complain about nanohive spam). One thing infantry has never complained about is a lack of ammunition. Also, you dont have to return to the redline in a line under fire in order to resupply. That would be unbalanced.

CCP really herp durped their way through so many things in this patch. I'd be enraged if I cared about this game anymore.

Because its not a threat. If every tank had to park next to it, it will become a target. That supply depot is either going to be bait, or destroyed to prevent acess.

the swarms and grenades are being nerfed. and they can restock anywhere on the field(who makes an AV fit without a nanohive? A moron, that's who) instead of clearly defined points that every enemy on the field will be watching, or being totally useless for a minute and having their million invested be a sitting duck for up to 30 seconds while the drunk RDV can't find the "drop off tank" button.
I'm so sorry that you're being nerfed less than we are to preserve the AV=superiority style of play that exists right now.
Tankers want to be remotely competitive, not pinatas.
If you hear the words "WORTH IT!" look about, something hilarious just happened.

Wait till everyone has to buy each round they use, vehicle and infantry alike i personally would like to see the logistics lavs reworked to compliment the tanks like logi's compliment heavies..including the ability to shuttle ammo to a tanker |

I like the idea of having to resupply your vehicles but u will never need to with drop ships or LAV cos they get blown up almost instantly anyway, they need to make them Powerful again, tanks seem to be doing ok atm theyre lasting pretty well in battles, they need to make Lavs able to squash ppl nd handle better then make them cost more, and offer more cover from them in the maps with sand banks walls bunkers and so on, Lavs are easy to take out, I never understood why they changed it. drop ships need to rain a barrage of machine gun fire if u played cod u got so many kills then called in a gunship then ended up with a mass load of kills, its standard of wargames to die LOADS and get frustrated, if they weren't theyd be borin I say make them all BADASS but so exspensive tht u have to KILL a lot off ppl to be able to afford such extras in battle. |

There's probably going to be more to logi vehicles than dropping ammo and rep bombing. There's lots of EWAR opportunities when it comes to vehicle on vehicle combat.
