Edit: Maphia Clan first[/quote Mr. Kalante Schiffer would be the first to come to my mind. I think that's how you spell his name. Unless you've got any hard evidence to prove that Kalante uses a Turbo-Controller, you just sound butthurt. I was tempted to use a logical fallacy and say .. prove that he doesn't .. always wanted to say that but being an atheist i'm always on the wrong end of that one xD
Kalante had all this attention put on him when i was in EON back in the TAR OP day's. I still remember the video Kalante posted to quite everyone up.
Was just a camera pointed at his hands on a DS3 and they look like they are spazzing out as he's hitting the fire button so fast. I'm still laughing thinking about it.(you could see the TV slightly)
It should be like this with semi automatic weapons... the faster you can pull the trigger the more rounds you can put down range. It creates such an immersive experience with the weapon and hooks you from the start.
Turbo controllers have always been an issue in DUST 514, i just hope the fix doesn't hurt everyone again and the legitimacy of semi automatic weapons in the game. |

Does it really take 3 days to find out that this isn't "mechanically intended?" All I see are people rapidly tapping their ARs now and people die even faster.
I tried to put a level into Amarr Commando once, but got a server notification saying "Why?"

Are you trolling? The point is that a turbo controller user resets the recoil before it can build, giving them recoiless shots. It doesn't matter if the targets are moving. Nothing matters, except that they have no recoil and everyone else does.
However, one can already do this be simply pulsing the trigger. Obviously, this takes more effort, has a greater impact on RoF and does not mitigate recoil to the same degree. I noticed that the turbo controller, whatever its trigger rate was, lowered the RoF to around 720 RPM. Not that those 30 rounds a minute really matter when you have no recoil.

Surely then the simplest solution to this 'issue' is......
To remove all recoil from all weapons....

Absolutely. Only after that can we finally focus on completely removing the need to actively aim.

We've already had that, it was called the flay lock |

Even that required some aim. No, I'm thinking bigger; if your reticule at any time comes in contact with the enemy, it locks on to them until they die or you let go of the trigger.
Oh, wait. It's called aim assist.

After a while youtubbing i have to say...i found several other gameplay videos where no-recoil is blatant... Just do a search and you will be surprised.

Damn I feel so bad for anyone that needs to cheat in a video game(especially a free one!) Let's face it who are these people IRL? I'm gonna go out on a limb and say insecure, lonely, never been kissed, homely individuals. Lol just saying I highly doubt they were Prom King. |
