There is a Crap Tonn of Information out there, and I DO KNOW the wiki/wikia is likely out of date.
So I am opening this to the public, help out where you can. If you're going to use the client make sure you're pulling from the market and not fittings (as they can be modified by skills)
I'll try to set up as many sheets up as possible feel free to correct or help make 'pretty' with border and coloration.

Okay I got to get to school, modules still needs to be done overall. The defense page is supposed to have projected HP values at basic and max skills and fitting dedicated to such based on what was possible before and after the change so no mixing new with old things there. |

Woah, dropships appear to have gotten a very significant speed boost. 5000m/s over the old 2500m/s. That's before the addition of new afterburner modules . I wonder if Wolfman and his team made any changes to stacking afterburner modules. Dropships would certainly have more fitting leeway to pull it off now with CPU and PG to spare. |

From what I understand only AV type weapons can cause the shield recharge from completing. So launchers, grenades, explosives, forge guns, & other vehicles. |

I'd go for all large turrets and include small rails to be honest, since those are the ones that would be their AV capable ones.
I could be wrong, but it seems to make sense.
Edit : just realised your list was those that would affect it ... I'm not sure things like mass drivers n flaylocks should be included ... even with their low rate of fire ... small explosives like those should be shrugged off by shield rechargers, yeah they'd cause a little damage but not enough to cause a delay to recharge. |

This is a most excellent compression, I like how the green/red highlights reflect nerfs/buffs. +1 sir.
I have been rather curious though as to what will become of LAVs. Their CPU/PG have been most excellently buffed but they lost module space and small turret costs are double of what they were practically. I see that Speed was down shifted but the Methana reached an all time high in HP while the Saga has been taken down a notch in HP. I can't see the use of such limited LAVs now, it seems like a Dropship will be far superior at Transportation while adding a turret to an LAV will really cut into it's survivability. I'm not angered or frustrated because I can't foresee AV changes nor handling changes. However it seems like the LAV will be too straightforward, a less diverse vehicle if you will.
Just what I can come up with from looking upon the information. |

Well the setup so far is good. I am adding a new group called environment, basically to give better situational scenarios. Such as total loadout damage, damage per minute, time to depletion ect ect. |

I dont have experience with ALL vehicles just with HAV's.
And even in this case i've been only using them for 2 months.
So i will pass this opportunity and leave it to more experienced vehicle users,hoping they wont break it too much on their favor (im watching you guys....specially tankers XD)

As to why I am pulling from those sources and not the client I am rather busy this week with college work so going back and forth between the ps3 and pc is a bit of a hassle but I will help out when possible. I am opening this document to the full public, help out where you can. If you're going to use the client make sure you're pulling from the market and not fittings (as they can be modified by skills) Once completed ish I can do a print out and do a quick comparison value check then and start locking the document up so it can remain a reliable resource. Add new sheets if you like if you want to run some experiments with things. You can also help with highlighting of colors or draft two automatic formatting formulas. (one needs to value lower number other the higher number of the two) Ask for something you want to explore as well. Current StatusBase Stats Page needs old speeds added still. Modules are still being populated. Turrets are now awaiting numbers. Defenses are being reworked to be module based. Skill tree missing old bonuses. Current Conclusionsso far...
- New Skill Tree Total is appx 10 million skill points less than previous Vehicle Skill Tree.
- There are far less passive skills than before.
- Turret Skills mimic infantry weapon progression now.
- Shields are totally reworked and behave much differently than before.
- Missile Launchers are fully automatic fire and no longer burst fire.
- There was a generic low level Tericide performed on vehicles. All vehicle HPs are now the same as their military counterparts. Similar to how suits are done.
- The only notable difference between militia and military grade vehicles is fitting and slots.
- All vehicles in a class share the same speed now. This is likely WIP results however it should be hounded on.

Well considering there is a part 3, most vehicle hps where increased overall. Modules where refactored into proper basic advanced and prototype tiers (where as before max meta was 3) and everything has just about changed it's really really hard to be calling things out this early in the game. |

Seems like turret stats are just template stats currently. Only change betwene MLT -> PRO is CPU&PG req. and presumeably prize, but that isn't included in the spreadsheets. |

Yes there is. Or atleast was before the gun optimal and max range change. But don't remember where or of updated. |

On current market stats there is discrepancy in XT-201 Cycled Missile Launcher's fire interval compared to other Large Cycled Launchers. 2.5 as others have 2.25
New stats have odd things such as Small Missile launchers have larger blast radius value than optimal or effective range. Also Large launchers and Rails have splash radius dis-proportionately large values when comparing the values to oprimal and effective range.
Large Missiles: splash value 150 optimal value 250
This might be due to work in progress state of these changes and simply they haven gotten that far, before they released these stats. |

If they make damage mods VL then the madrugar and gunlogj will be pretty balanced like in chrome as far as I can tell.
If av is changed to be only mlt and std grade (which would be proper for a "bottom up" approach), then I see vehicle vs AV being much more balanced than before and closer to a shock weapon and siege gun as they are intended to be. Infantry via vehicle looks about the same, as splash isn't much different and a turret will wreck infantry even at q militia level turret lvls matter only tank v tank. I think infantry might find blasters less potent than before (600 rounds, 700rpm...Lol) due to a ammo limit. Rails will actually shoot a little slower. Missiles will be close to their closed beta status of long range and high damage, but their 10 second reload for a 12 round mag balances very well IMO |

New module values are now in the sheet.
In a moment I'm starting to plug there the old numbers. Starting from CPU and PG and then making my way to effects....
also cleared the coloring, because there were few inforrect numbers. |
