its not a difficult thing to grasp.. they want to hire us, they get in touch with us, and depending on availability we accept or decline with proper notice.

contrary to popular belief, we are not asked to play in every match that comes along for them. sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. sometimes we simply aren't available, sometimes we are and not needed.

I've been around a lot of players in Dust. Those dudes in STB must be some special characters to accept their CEO not believing they can win a battle. Honestly could you imagine what players you've been around would say to this?

I'm not even trying to meta here. It just blows my mind. These certainly aren't Type A personalities that have any sort of competitiveness in them. I would never be part of a corporation that did things this way and I haven't met many people that would.

I could be wrong about the entire thing, but it's a perception that will be difficult to change. I don't think anyone goes into a battle with STB thinking that they'll be fighting STB. As a director and as a member of a corp that's not the way I'd want to be perceived and I don't associate with the type of people who would be okay with it,
