So let me open with an appreciation for your attempted candor, QG. There are a few things here that need clearing up.

ROFL doesn't officially maintain cease-fires with any but a handful of Dust 514 alliances. In this case it would be exceedingly difficult to imagine a timing where negotiations between our respective parties would have really been very productive. STB originally attacked ROFL as an initiation to our conflict with Unclaimed. Surely I personally have respect for STB's continued resilience, but we have never maintained a cease-fire with Public Disorder.

I don't understand your venom here- ROFL fight our battles as a team, just like STB provides strong support to DDB. Not to mention that you hired TeamPlayers to defend Capital Acquisitions LLC's district from capture. Considering that we've had an uphill battle with the absurd 120 clone packs, I'd think that comments like this were unmerited. They were good games.

This is the first I've heard of this- accompanied by a threat of war. And in any case QG, I'm afraid that our organizations' histories together have been rocky at best. In order to transfer districts we'd have to make use of Chribba or another 3rd party service, and that is altogether an impossibility considering that DDB. immediately reattacked the district they lost.

I'm afraid the previous posts are going to be our final word on the situation. STB has been one of ROFL's best sparing partners for a very long time, and we've always had great fights with you guys.
Molden Heath is just a bit too small for such peace. If you were oriented against EoN., things might be easier. But as their complicit allies, I'm afraid your districts are assets we can't afford to set aside.
