Don't go offroad, or if you do avoid the particularly rocky terrain (groud vehicle driver speaking). I have no issues, and think it is logical to have a vehicle stuck on a rock - seem realistic to me. |

I got one better- a hill swallowed me in Manus Peak. Nobody around me, no snipers, wasn't in the redzone either. The hill just clone died me. |

We're not xD We're going to have a couple of terrain maps, and they can't even manage to make it so my LAV doesn't get one wheel stuck in the ground or my Tank stuck on a bump unable to move.

Meh, more pissed that I lost a Madrugar to a Gunnlogi (Fakayou Harpyja) due to getting stuck, and then my turret spazzed out :( I am so god damn awful at this game tonight.

There have been numerous occasions where I will be trying to climb a hill, it glitch out and I get semi stuck moving back n forth and then get disconnected from game.. not psn, just Dust. pretty lame when that happens.
This happen to nay others? |

wow this still happens? I had it happen to me once wayyyy back in closed beta and seen it happen quite a few times to others then also. |

They did fix it. It's running on a different engine now, with slightly updated graphics and some new terrain. They also changed the company and the product name, something like Planetside 2 I think? |

That all comes at a cost (with CCP/Shanghai an actual flurry of costs). First is the draw distance got the Wang Nerf Hammer of Doom, which is sad but true. Second is how one interacts with a map for area X. The Uprising level is now more complex than the Chromosome and earlier version. That means many little items that were glossed over because of texture levels, map levels, hit box issues are no longer accurate. The increased detail requires that all the pieces fit together Better than they did in Beta.

If you want a map issue Fixed there is only one method to actually help. Provide feedback, for Skirmish game mode:

Look at forums.dust514.com and there is an entire map feedback section. Find the type of battle, then the map and reply to that posting. The Devs will find it helpful. They fixed many items I reported during the Beta.
Then you can provide the details: GMT, server setting, public, faction warfare, PC, your actually location (US,AussieLand, etc.). Without this information, all these reports are just grousing and not productive. Just consider that, currently, DUST is in the limbo between Beta and Release. If that helps. If it doesn't then think something else that will give you some sense of satisfaction.
Kittens work for many of us because they are cute and don't have opposable thumbs.

Our terrains are huge and we know that in some areas they are not optimal for vehicles. We did finish a tool recently that gives us a much better idea on where these problems occur so expect much less of these types of problems in the future.
However, there will always be areas where we don't intend you to take your vehicle, and if you decide to go there you do it at your own risk.
Maybe we should introduce a new vehicle class. the minmatar tow truck |

As far as vehicles and terrain goes, I don't really think the terrain is the issue as much as the vehicles not being designed for off road. |

Why not release Bolas's as heavy dropship's choice which are able to carry other vehicles around the map for swift vehicle relocation? |

Dont bother introducing a new vehicle you cant even get all of the things together that was promised to us ages ago........yea your 5 year plan before you ave any content is such an amazing strategy.......i mean its just crazy that other devs dont follow the release game now get money for said game and promise a good game in 5 years time........brilliant i must say. |
