The repair tool will only get triage points if they take enemy fire. The bullets would have been x seconds ago if triage points are not awarded. (I think this is how it works.)

A prototype gallente scout with 1 complex dampener can still be scanned by a Duvolle Focused Scanner. Cloaked scouts can still be scanned.
