Heavies aren't meant to be taken directly thats why we have sniper rifles and mass drivers. Ps it costs twice the amount of isk for us to get non militia variants of our suits

I gotta say no to both. You can get ammo from an enemy nanohive and spawn uplinks should stay controlled by it's teqm of origin. Ps if it could get hacked no one would use it
