I like the bike idea.
Maybe instead of limiting suits that can ride it, base speed off the sprint speed of the rider. So it would work well with a scout suit, and a heavy could use it to reduced affect. Affect of suit speed could be adjusted if the formula was say x*(sprintspeed-y)=bike speed. The larger the y value, the larger the spread in speeds between different suit types, x could then be set to give the desired top speed with scout suit.
For a rounded example, scout sprint 8m/s, heavy 5m/s, y=2, x=8. heavy suit would be 24m/s and scout 42m/s, about the same as lav and hav speeds. I rounded the suit speeds since I don't recall the exact numbers, and fewer decimals make the example clearer.
Maybe have a type-II bike that has a side car, speed based on driver and passenger can fire his/her regular weapons from side car in a limited arc (maybe 90degrees from front to passenger side, and 22.5degrees from front to side drivers on). This would encourage a scout and heavy to form a coordinated team to get the most out of vehicle. The bike would increase the heavies speed, but the heavy would need to coordinate closely with scout suit driver to keep target in the weapons field of fire. It would make a nice hit and run heavy weapon team once comms arebetter. |

Seriously, though, a single person scout vehicle would be cool. You could add a Shield Expansion Module that expands the vehicle's shield slighty beyond the vehicle's immediate vicinity, that way a scout could have a little extra cover while hacking. Of course it shouldn't be too strong, otherwise we'll have people camping out by their vehicles picking off enemies.
Also maybe a Hacking Module that either increases hacking speed (using the vehicle's CPU) or that allows you to hack while on the vehicle. |

Planetside anyone? lol.
I think a single occupant vehicle is a brilliant idea though - just please don't give it guns. Make it for quick transport and quick transport only (and coolness). |

A bike with room for only one rider would be good. As it is small, it should have only one module slot though where you'd have to decide between adding speed, armor, or even a weapon. And to be able to support a heavy, that slot would have to go to drivetrain upgrade. ;) |
