No matter how much things change, one thing remains constant. The Gallente scout is still the best suit in the game. The only suit you'll ever really need. Scout/Slayer/Logi. The only thing it can't do is carry a HMG...(hotfix delta CCP?)

Here's a question: If you have a commando suit at lvl 5, a complex damage mod and proficiency at lvl 5, are there any stacking penalties between these damage increasing skills? Or do you get the cumulative effect of the three skills? 10%+5%+15%?
