Having heavy suits that can't have even one slot of passive armor rep are going to be pretty bad in my opinion. Might as well then, switch Caldari to have all their ehp in shields and next to nothing in armor to compensate for the no armor rep potential. 2/1 and 3/1 are still a lot better unless all suits were given one or two points of passive armor rep naturally much like all suits have passive shield recharge. That's kinda what I figured, and it makes a lot of sense. Its unfortunate that you need to work on the weekends to make up for the holiday time off.
