I hit a madrugar without its hardeners in the weak spot with a breach forge gun and it went down to 1400 HP in one shot. I just threw a couple av nades and laughed as he went negative isk.

With the current TTK of combat and rail rifles the viziam is a death wish... Used correctly its ok but a sneaky rail rifle will reduce you to a new clone in about 2.3 seconds. Idk what it is but the carthum is just.... Shudder.... Underpowered.
