Are you open to using Chribba as a third party to increase your 'standings' i.e. credit rating? Nevertheless, will be looking to transfer some money EVE -> Dust, will send you later when I get back from work. Thanks!

Dunno about the placeholder thing, but Burst is pretty good in that it has a scope, decent range etc. Still prefer the TAR over the Burst though, since it's not easy to get all 3 bullets in each burst to land.
