Ex. Amarr players receive 100,000 ISK for each Amarr match won. This is garbage as we chose our races long long ago when we had no clue. Even now players choose their race without any idea. There has to be a better way to do this.....

The system worked really well before. ISK lost went to a pool and divided based on win or loss then WP. I feel like they adjusted it so that ISK is spread differently.
