DUST Search - WHY DO NEW PLAYERS EVEN PLAY FW?

OVERALL, i need to know what CHANNEL or CORP plays AMARR AND CALDARI FW only, that would give ME a chance to earn some decent LP while playing with them.

Im a decent, maybe above average player with a K-D ratio of...hmm... Well i don't know but im sure it must be over 2 XD

Its not about ISK give aways or training them on daily basis (what is good, but sometime doesnt work). Its about sent them message to "stay with me", "take needle", "go in squad", "downgrade graphics" etc. I went seventh times from scratch to finaly found my specialization on dust battlefields (yeah im that crazy), but everytime when i saw someone who is in need i help him. Every lost newbie in in FW is lost FW (even if you win). It is make just bad impression from best mode in dust, its make just bad blood and elitism. And this things are basicaly nonsence, we playing the game and profi players should teach it. *"In the rust we trust"*

Thing is, though. Only one side gets squads, and the other randoms like 80% of the time.
