Ok um Amarr Commando Bonus: +2% to efficacy of shield and armor modules per level., this bonus i useless.... You can only fit 1 armor module, shouldn't the bonus be higher since the limit on shield mods? You know, like 10% per level? Or a differ...

You can't say you have plans for soon after launch and then not share them. You have no plans. Let me repeat, CCP have No plan for when things will come out after uprising, if they had a plan they would tell us it.

I think it would be more useful to have an active scanner that you placed like a nanohive or drop uplink and would pulse auto once every 20 seconds or 30 seconds without skills. just my suggestion
