i personally am doing what everyone else is doing... running militia and saving isk. i'm using my sp for all the outlining skills and saving isk for when i need it. why waste isk on something you will eventually stop using when you can run militia...

try going to settings, turning off your voice and push to talk... save... turn them back on and save again. i had the same problem and that fixed it. good luck
